Custom Jewelry: How the Design-to-Delivery Process Works

Custom does not have to mean complicated. Most custom orders follow the same five steps.

1. Send your reference

A photo, a sketch, a Pinterest link or a paragraph of description. Anything that communicates the idea is enough to start.

2. Quote and material choices

We come back with a price, a stone recommendation for your budget, and a metal and finish suggestion.

3. Approve the 3D render

This is the checkpoint that makes custom safe — you see the design before anything is cast, and changes at this stage are free.

4. Production

Casting, setting, polishing and quality control happen in our own workshop, typically in 7–14 days.

5. Delivery

Tracked and insured shipping worldwide, with the certificate and a gift box included.

What to prepare
