Wholesale And Trade
We supply retailers, designers and resellers with loose stones and finished pieces at trade pricing. Email us with your business name, the categories you are interested in and approximate volumes, and we will send a trade price list.
Custom Design Enquiries
For bespoke work, the more detail you can give us up front the faster we can quote. Helpful information includes ring size, preferred metal, centre stone size and shape, any reference photos, and your deadline if the piece is for a specific date.
Response Times
We answer emails Monday to Saturday. Messages received outside those hours are answered the next working day. Custom quotes are typically returned within one business day.
Before You Write
Many common questions — stone hardness, metal options, ring sizing, shipping times, returns and warranty — are already answered on our FAQ page. If your question is not there, we would genuinely rather you asked than guessed.
